The use of VR and AR in architecture and real estate has immense potential. In collaboration with Svoboda & Williams and Crestyl, we have transformed the Šárecký dvůr residential complex and two model apartments into a digital format. Clients can now explore a realistic 3D virtual copy, including dimensions, sunlight positioning, and spatial perception, which far surpasses traditional 2D visualizations. Virtual reality also allows for tours of properties that do not yet physically exist. Thanks to an augmented reality application, a 3D model of an apartment can be placed on any surface and viewed using a mobile phone or tablet.
